Stuffing Guide

How to stuff your pouf

Stuffing a pouf can be fun, and if you are choosing to stuff your own pouf, please follow these instructions. First, ensure that the material you use is completely clean and dry.  Unzip the pouf, the zipper should be located on the underside-and open it to its full shape. Then, slowly fill the sides at the top of the pouf in order to ensure that all the nooks and crannies become fully stuffed, preventing dimples and bumps from forming in your pouf. Continue to stuff evenly; add a layer of stuffing and push it firmly, ensuring that the sides fill out, before adding another layer.

Continue in this manner until the pouf is full.  Be careful not to over-stuff the pouf. For stuffing, you can use polystyrene balls, foam chips, plastic bags, scrunched up newspapers, just about anything that works for you. If using beads, use a liner such as a pillowcase so that nothing escapes your work of art.

If you are selecting our stuffing, you should know that it is of very high quality; we use either cotton or filling fiber, both of which are extremely clean and yield an excellent final result. Your pouf will be firm and will retain its shape after years of use.
